Yes. Alongside the panel sessions, the Dubai Family Office Summit offers a dedicated 1-1 meeting programme exclusively for confirmed attendees with the speaker pass and the Epicon members. Once your attendance is confirmed, you will receive invitations to book the meetings ahead of the event.
Our team personally facilitates introductions and schedules confirmed meetings into your agenda, so you arrive knowing exactly who you are meeting and when. Every 1-1 is private, time-allocated and held within the summit venue. This is one of the most valued elements of the Epicon experience — the ability to walk away not just with insights from the stage, but with relationships that matter.
The Dubai Family Office Summit is primarily an invitation-only event designed for a highly curated audience. Epicon Capital Club members attend the summit complimentary.
For non-members, attendance is available through the Delegate Pass at a fee of USD 2,800. This pass includes full access to the summit sessions on Day 1 and the exclusive networking event on Day 2. A Speaker Pass is also available for non-members at a fee of USD 12,800, subject to approval by the summit management team (speaking slots are limited and granted based on relevance and value to the audience).
Note: The fee for the Delegate Pass may vary or include additional branding opportunities depending on the delegate package selected. Limited seats are available and all non-member applications are subject to approval, to maintain the quality and exclusivity of the event.
Event tickets are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable with no exceptions. If the event is rescheduled, postponed or canceled due to unforeseen circumstances, the ticket holders will be offered alternative dates.
